Vivo has officially unveiled the design for its highly anticipated X300 series, including the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro models, teasing flagship-level specifications and camera innovations. Huang Tao, Vivo’s Vice President of Product, shared official images on Weibo, offering the first glimpse of the upcoming devices’ sleek designs.
Vivo X300 & X300 Pro Design and Camera Features
The X300 series maintains Vivo’s signature round camera module from the X200 series but with a refined, polished finish. The rear sports cold-sculpted glass with subtle transitions around the camera and a seamless frame with just 1.28mm height difference for a premium look. Colour options confirmed include Black, Easy Blue, Wilderness Brown, and Pink.
The standout feature is the camera setup. Both models are expected to carry the fourth-generation Zeiss imaging system with dual 200MP lenses. The standard X300 may include a 23mm Zeiss 200MP main sensor, while the Pro variant is tipped to feature an 85mm Zeiss 200MP APO telephoto lens, equipped with Zeiss T* coating, deep absorption glass, and CIPA-level stabilisation for pro-level photography.
Expected Specifications
According to leaks by tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X300 Pro will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, featuring the ARM X930 core clocked at 3.23GHz and Immortalis-Drage GPU. The phone is expected to run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. The Pro model may sport a BOE Q10 Plus panel with ultra-low 1 nit brightness, while the standard X300 could feature a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. Storage may reach up to 1TB UFS 4.1 with 16GB RAM. Battery upgrades include a 7000 mAh pack for the X300 Pro, compared to 6000 mAh for the standard model.
Launch Timeline and Price in India
The Asian market will get its first glimpse of the Vivo X300 series on October 13, 2025, with the grand launch in India slated for November. Pricing rumors peg the starting tag of the X300 Pro somewhere around Rs 99,999, while the more basic X300 could probably be had for approximately Rs 69,999.
